Transfer & Synchronization Boards

The load line is supplied directly from the mains when there is electrical energy under normal conditions. However, when the mains power is cut, the energy is poor (energy drop or ripple etc.), the genset runs and continues to feed the load line.

After the mains energy is normal, the load line is transferred back to the grid and the generator is deactivated. Systems that perform this transfer are provided by transfer switchgear boards.

Automatic Taransfer Panels (ATS) continuously monitor the electrical network and trigger the corresponding start command.

Synchronization boards are products in which electrical energy sources (eg more than one generator) are operated simultaneously (such as a single source).

The main feature of generator synchronization systems is that one or more generators operate on the same power line as another generator or power grid and share the load.

This work of generators is achieved by controlling the amplitude, frequency and phase angle of the voltage signal they produce.

These parameters are adjusted and controlled according to the system and the type of application to be installed and the produced supply voltage is transmitted to the plant via switchgear elements.
